Here at Eastwood Park we are looking to the future and we are seeking a customer focused, pragmatic HR professional to join our Senior Management Team and manage our small HR and Payroll function. We are building our business and we are looking for someone to help us develop our HR Strategy as well as helping us to refine our existing HR systems, policies and processes. This role will suit you if you have great interpersonal skills and a commitment to continuous improvement. Reporting to our CEO, and working closely with our Senior Management Team, you will help to shape our business strategy and work with us to implement this through our people.
You must be CIPD qualified and have experience of operating at a senior level in a HR Manager or Business Partner role. Experience of managing change, policy development, employee engagement, employee relations, recruitment and selection are essential; this is a really great generalist role and your first priority will be to develop strong HR Systems and KPIs to help us manage our business growth and our costs.
