After a prolonged period of closure, Eastwood Park is delighted to start welcoming visitors to Eastwood Park for viewings from 13 July 2020.
The team have been working tirelessly to ensure that we are ready for guests. A range of measures have been implemented to safeguard visitors and staff including:
- Social distancing across the site
- PPE available for when social distancing is not possible
- One-way systems
- Robust and more frequent cleaning regimes
We have also received our "We're Good to Go" certificate, confirming that our COVID-19 policies and procedures for our facilities meet the guidelines set out. This is a great acknowledgement of how hard our team have been working to safeguard visitors and staff.
This industry standard mark has been designed by VisitEngland in partnership with the national tourist organisations Tourism Northern Ireland, VisitScotland and Visit Wales to provide a ‘ring of confidence’ for all sectors of the tourism industry, as well as reassurance to visitors that businesses have clear processes in place and are following industry and Government COVID-19 guidance on cleanliness and social distancing.
Although we are not yet allowed to host weddings, events and conferences on the scale we are used to, we feel the recent developments are a really positive step in the right direction.Having said this, it is with great sadness that we have had a to postpone a significant number of our 2020 weddings, conferences and events in recent months due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and we have now continued to do so up to the end of September 2020.
We know that this is a heart breaking decision for many, and we are watching the Government's actions surrounding weddings and social gatherings keenly. As soon as there are developments we will work to act on them.
A sincere thank you from everybody at Eastwood Park for sticking with us so far and we look forward to welcoming visitors through our doors again soon.
Viewings will be by appointment only so please call 01454 260207 or email email@example.com to arrange yours.
